Perhaps something went wrong, minutes before impact there was some confusion ("Is that November or Mike?", reply: "November, November!") and they had to turn off their personal web-cams to free up bandwidth... That's not a good sign... And watch this little video, just after the impacts a guy is packing up his laptop and power cord. One of his co-workers goes to high five him, but he doesn't and rushes out of the door...
