As people have been seeing; I moved my Twitter badge to the lower part of the frontpage; I am using the badge which also shows comments of my “friend”….. But lately it has not been working correctly; or just blue or post of “just someone”…..
I have been asking Twitter about this – and within 24 hours I received a respond from them.

Thanks for your email. The with friends feed is temporarily disabled which also effects the badge. You’re still able to open the feed if authentication is supported in your reader, but in the case of an embedded badge this can’t be done. As I said this is only temporary and hopefully we can turn it back on soon

I know a lot of people have this problem with the badge – but do those people also know that Twitter has a Status page – on which you can see how “Twitter is doing”…?? See Twitter Status

For example the “with friends badge” says:

“badges: the “with friends” badge is broken. it will either display nothing or information from a default user (i.e. not your content). We’re going to be recoding this to restore its functionality”

Okay – I know it is broke – but have to say “Twitter is absolutely trying…….”…..
