Okay – if the manufacturer tells you that the price of a …… uh…. TOOTHBRUSH…. will be USD.3.00. Nice black design – a must have…..!!! You go to the cashier….. and he tells you that “uh….. you have to take a subscription on the toothpaste – which will be 2 dollars a month – but if you use more than 2 tubes – you also have to pay the extra tubes….”. Does this sound fair to you…??

Apple announced that their new Iphone will be USD.199.00. And now T-Mobile (with their exclusive contract with Apple) announced for Germany; The phone is free if you take a 89 Euro a month subscription for 2 years….. or 169 euro (uh… = 199 dollar..??) with a 29 euro a month subscription…..(again for 2 years)!!!
Still wondering where the 199 dollar is……
The power is in the hands of the consumer. If no one buys, they will have to lower their prices. So we will see if the German consumer is smart or stupid, I have a feeling that I already know the answer…
