A new career after being an astronaut…
You probably heard already that tomorrow will be the 40th anniversary of the historic lunar landing of Apollo 11, putting Neil Armstrong and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin on the surface of the Moon. A few years after the flight of Apollo 11 Buzz Aldrin left NASA, but he continued to promote space exploration.
The now 79 year old Aldrin is still full of energy, and even started a new career recently… as a rapper! Buzz teamed up with Snoop Dogg, Quincy Jones, Talib Kweli and Soulja Boy to record the track “Rocket Experience”. The proceeds of this project will go to Buzz’s foundation, ShareSpace.
